- 1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
- ½ cup bean sprouts

- Protein of choice (grilled chicken, shrimp, or tofu)
For the Dressing:
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
