Ingredients
  

For the Tilapia:

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

For the Parmesan Pasta:

  • 250g pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.Reserve some pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.Add cream and simmer gently.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.Add reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
  • Toss in cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper.
  • Pat tilapia dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet.
  • Sear fish for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.Add garlic and lemon juice, spooning sauce over the fish.
  • Plate pasta and top with tilapia.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
