For the Tilapia:
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
For the Parmesan Pasta:
- 250g pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.Reserve some pasta water, then drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.Add cream and simmer gently.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.Add reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
Toss in cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper.
Pat tilapia dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet.
Sear fish for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.Add garlic and lemon juice, spooning sauce over the fish.
Plate pasta and top with tilapia.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
