- 4 cups panettone (cubed)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons butter (for greasing)
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).Grease a baking dish with butter.
Place cubed panettone evenly in the dish.
In a bowl, whisk milk, cream, sugar, eggs, and yolks.
Add vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Pour custard over bread, pressing gently to soak.
