Ingredients
  

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
    Lightly grease a baking tray.
  • In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
    Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
    Stir well.
  • Rinse tilapia fillets and pat dry.
    Brush with olive oil or butter.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice over fillets.
  • Press Parmesan mixture onto fillets.
    Coat evenly on top.
  • Place fillets on baking tray.
    Bake for 15–20 minutes.
    Cook until fish flakes easily.
  • Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle parsley.
    Serve warm.
