A refreshing Passion Fruit Fizz Martini made with vodka, passion fruit, citrus, and Prosecco for a tropical, sparkling drink.

Ingredients
  

For the Cocktail:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) passion fruit purée (or fresh passion fruit pulp)
  • ½ oz (15 ml) lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • ½ oz (15 ml) simple syrup (or vanilla syrup)
  • 1 egg white (optional, for frothy texture)
  • Ice cubes

For the Fizz:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Prosecco (or Champagne)

For Garnish:

  • ½ fresh passion fruit (for garnish)
  • Mint leaves (optional)

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Cocktail Base

  • In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, passion fruit purée, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • If using, add the egg white for a creamy, frothy texture.

Step 2: Shake & Strain

  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes, seal, and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Step 3: Add the Fizz & Garnish

  • Top with Prosecco (or Champagne) for a bubbly finish.
  • Garnish with half a passion fruit or a sprig of mint.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Fresh pulp adds a natural sweetness and tanginess, but store-bought purée works too.
