Ingredients
For the Cocktail:

oz (60 ml)
vodka
1
oz (30 ml)
passion fruit purée (or fresh passion fruit pulp)
½
oz (15 ml)
lime juice (freshly squeezed)
½
oz (15 ml)
simple syrup (or vanilla syrup)
1
egg white (optional, for frothy texture)
Ice cubes
For the Fizz:
2
oz (60 ml)
Prosecco (or Champagne)
For Garnish:
½
fresh passion fruit (for garnish)
Mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cocktail Base
In a cocktail shaker, add
vodka, passion fruit purée, lime juice, and simple syrup
.
If using, add the
egg white
for a creamy, frothy texture.
Step 2: Shake & Strain
Fill the shaker with
ice cubes
, seal, and shake vigorously for
15 seconds
.
Strain into a chilled
martini glass
.
Step 3: Add the Fizz & Garnish
Top with
Prosecco
(or Champagne) for a bubbly finish.
Garnish with
half a passion fruit
or a sprig of
mint
.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Fresh pulp adds a natural sweetness and tanginess, but store-bought purée works too.
