- 2 cups pasta (shells, rotini, or elbow)
- 200–250g crab meat (real or imitation crab)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber or bell peppers
- 1–2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and cool.
