- 2 cans tuna in oil or water (drained)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes until soft.
Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.

Drain the pasta and reserve a little pasta water.
