- 1 oz (30ml) fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz (22ml) peach syrup (or fresh peach purée)
- 1/2 oz (15ml) simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 egg white (optional, for a frothy texture)
- Ice cubes
- Peach slices and a cherry (for garnish)
Prepare the Cocktail:
In a cocktail shaker, combine whiskey, lemon juice, peach syrup, simple syrup, and egg white (if using).
Dry Shake (if using egg white):
- For a stronger peach flavor, use fresh peach purée instead of peach syrup.
- If you don’t have simple syrup, dissolve 1 teaspoon of sugar in the lemon juice before mixing.
- Egg white is optional but adds a smooth, velvety texture.
