  • Preheat the Oven:Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the Ingredients:In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Stir until well blended into a smooth dough.
  • Shape the Cookies:Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into balls. Place them on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • Flatten with a Fork:Press each ball with a fork to create a crisscross pattern on top.
  • Bake:Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
