Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
  • 1/3 cup warm water (adjust for desired consistency

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar (or lime juice), and honey.
  • Add sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes if using.
  • Gradually whisk in warm water until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

  • For a thinner sauce, add more warm water.
