Ingredients
  

  • 500 g (1 lb) white or cremini mushrooms, stems removed
  • 200 g (7 oz) lump crab meat, picked clean
  • 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Clean mushrooms and gently remove stems; set caps aside.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Fold in crab meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley gently.
  • Fill each mushroom cap generously with the crab mixture.
  • Drizzle lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes, until tops are golden and mushrooms are tender.
  • Serve warm, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
