Ingredients
  

  • 200 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1½ cups whole almonds (or sliced almonds/pecans)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into an oval or cone-like form resembling a pine cone.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  • Starting from the bottom, gently press almonds into the cheese ball, overlapping slightly to mimic pine cone scales.
  • Insert a small rosemary sprig at the top to resemble pine needles.

  • Chill the cheese mixture before shaping for best results.
