Ingredients
  

For Stir Fry:

  • 300g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp oil

For Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
  • 1 tsp chili sauce (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink; remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • Add bell peppers and broccoli; stir fry for 3–4 minutes.
  • Toss in pineapple chunks and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Return shrimp to the pan.
  • Stir well and add cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
  • Cook for 1–2 minutes until sauce coats everything evenly.
  • Serve hot over rice or noodles.
