- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin powder
- Optional: Chopped nuts for garnish
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry pie filling and drained crushed pineapple.
Sprinkle the strawberry gelatin powder over the mixture and stir until well blended.
Fold in the whipped cream gently to keep the mixture light and fluffy.
Add the mini marshmallows and mix until evenly distributed.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve cold, garnished with chopped nuts if desired.
