- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 1 cup diced mushrooms
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh coriander leaves
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.
Heat tortillas on a skillet.Warm each side for about 30 seconds.
Sprinkle coriander leaves.Drizzle lemon juice.
Place filling on tortillas.Add lettuce and tomatoes.Add avocado slices.
