Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ lb ground pork
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

For the Sauce:

  • 1 ½ cups barbecue sauce
  • ½ cup chili sauce
  • ¼ cup honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • In a large bowl, mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic, onion, and seasonings.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on the sheet.
  • Bake 18–20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • In a saucepan, combine barbecue sauce, chili sauce, honey, and Worcestershire. Simmer 5 minutes.
  • Add baked meatballs to the sauce and coat evenly.
  • Keep warm in a slow cooker or serve immediately with toothpicks.

Notes

  • Ground turkey can replace pork for a lighter option.
  • Use panko breadcrumbs for extra texture.
  • Spice lovers can add jalapeños to the sauce.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Double the batch for large parties.
