For the Cocktail:

oz (90 ml)
Champagne
(or Prosecco)
2
oz (60 ml)
pomegranate juice
(fresh or store-bought)
½
oz (15 ml)
orange liqueur
(optional, such as Cointreau)
For Garnish:
Fresh
pomegranate seeds
Orange twist or
rosemary sprig
(optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Glass
Chill a
champagne flute
in the freezer for
5 minutes
.
Add a few
pomegranate seeds
to the bottom of the glass for a festive touch.
Step 2: Mix the Mimosa
Pour
pomegranate juice
and
orange liqueur (if using)
into the flute.
Slowly top with
Champagne or Prosecco
, pouring at an angle to preserve the bubbles.
Step 3: Garnish & Serve
Stir gently and garnish with an
orange twist or rosemary sprig
.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Freshly juiced pomegranate enhances the flavor, but store-bought works well too.
