Pomegranate Mimosa

A refreshing and elegant mimosa with pomegranate juice and Champagne, perfect for brunch or special occasions.

Ingredients
  

For the Cocktail:

  • 3 oz (90 ml) Champagne (or Prosecco)
  • 2 oz (60 ml) pomegranate juice (fresh or store-bought)
  • ½ oz (15 ml) orange liqueur (optional, such as Cointreau)

For Garnish:

  • Fresh pomegranate seeds
  • Orange twist or rosemary sprig (optional)

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Glass

  • Chill a champagne flute in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  • Add a few pomegranate seeds to the bottom of the glass for a festive touch.

Step 2: Mix the Mimosa

  • Pour pomegranate juice and orange liqueur (if using) into the flute.
  • Slowly top with Champagne or Prosecco, pouring at an angle to preserve the bubbles.

Step 3: Garnish & Serve

  • Stir gently and garnish with an orange twist or rosemary sprig.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Freshly juiced pomegranate enhances the flavor, but store-bought works well too.
