Ingredients
  

  • Pork tenderloin or boneless chops
  • Olive oil and butter
  • Garlic and onions
  • Fresh mushrooms
  • Marsala wine
  • Chicken or vegetable broth
  • Fresh parsley and herbs
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice pork tenderloin into thin cutlets.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet.
  • Cook pork until golden brown, then set aside.
  • Saute onions, garlic, and mushrooms until soft.
  • Deglaze with Marsala wine and simmer.
  • Add broth and reduce the sauce until thickened.
  • Return pork to the skillet and coat with sauce.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
