Pork Tenderloin Marinade

A flavorful and easy marinade that makes pork tenderloin juicy, tender, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, Dijon mustard, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
  • Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is fully coated.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • When ready to cook, remove the pork from the marinade and discard any excess liquid.
  • Cook the pork tenderloin using your preferred method—grill, bake, or pan-sear—until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Marinate for at least 4 hours, but overnight will yield the best flavor.
