Ingredients
  

  • 3 large Portobello mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 cup cream or sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a pan.Add onions and sauté until soft.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.Add sliced mushrooms.
  • Cook until tender.
  • Sprinkle flour and stir well.Add vegetable broth slowly.Stir until smooth.
  • Add cream or sour cream.Add paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  • Add cooked pasta or noodles.Mix gently.
  • Garnish with parsley.
  • Serve warm.
