Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus (trimmed)
  • 8–10 slices prosciutto
  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional topping)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Wash and trim the woody ends of asparagus. Pat dry.
  • Take 2–3 asparagus spears and wrap each bundle with a slice of prosciutto.
  • Place wrapped asparagus on the tray. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle black pepper.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until asparagus is tender and prosciutto is slightly crispy.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top and serve warm.
