Pulled Pork Sliders are a delicious combination of tender, slow-cooked pork piled onto soft buns with a tangy barbecue sauce. These bite-sized sandwiches are perfect for parties, game nights, or a satisfying family meal.

- 2 lbs pork shoulder (or pork butt)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- ½ cup coleslaw (optional, for serving)
Prepare the Pork: Rub the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and brown sugar.
Slow Cooking Method:Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the pork for 2-3 minutes per side.Place in a slow cooker with chicken broth and apple cider vinegar.Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the pork is tender. Oven Method:Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).Place the pork in a roasting dish, cover with foil, and bake for 3-4 hours, until fork-tender. Shred & Sauce:Shred the cooked pork with two forks and mix with barbecue sauce. Assemble Sliders:Place a generous amount of pulled pork on each slider bun.Top with coleslaw (optional) and serve.
