  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the waffle iron.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and spices in a bowl.
  • Whisk pumpkin, milk, eggs, vanilla, and butter in another bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the waffle iron.

Notes

  • Use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
  • Add more milk for thinner waffles.
