Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed (or your favorite meltable cheese)
  • 1/2 cup cup salsa (mild or spicy, depending on your preference)
  • 1 tbsp sour cream (optional for added creaminess)
  • 1/4 cup milk (adjust for consistency)
  • 1 tsp chili powder (optional for added spice)
  • Tortilla chips or veggies for dipping

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the Velveeta cheese and salsa.
  • Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the cheese is fully melted.
  • Add the milk a little at a time, stirring constantly until you reach your desired dip consistency.
  • Stir in chili powder, if using, and sour cream for extra creaminess.
  • Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or crackers for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeƱos or use spicy salsa.
  • You can substitute Velveeta with any cheese that melts well, like cheddar or Monterey Jack.
  • If the dip thickens too much, add a splash more milk to adjust the consistency.
  • Keep the dip warm in a slow cooker for parties to ensure it stays melted and smooth.
  • If you want a more chunky version, leave out the milk and add more salsa or cooked ground beef.
