- 2 cup cooked rice (for fried rice and bibimbap)
- 200 gram protein (chicken, beef, tofu, or shrimp)
- 1 cup kimchi (for kimchi-based dishes)
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1/2 cup vegetables (carrots, zucchini, bell peppers)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oilSesame seeds (for garnish)
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in chopped kimchi and cook for 2 minutes.
Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and gochujang. Stir well.
Push rice to the side, crack an egg in the pan, and scramble lightly.
Mix everything together and cook for another minute.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve hot and enjoy!
