Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup cooked rice (for fried rice and bibimbap)
  • 200 gram protein (chicken, beef, tofu, or shrimp)
  • 1 cup kimchi (for kimchi-based dishes)
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup vegetables (carrots, zucchini, bell peppers)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oilSesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in chopped kimchi and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and gochujang. Stir well.
  • Push rice to the side, crack an egg in the pan, and scramble lightly.
  • Mix everything together and cook for another minute.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust spice levels according to preference.
  • Substitute tofu for a vegetarian-friendly option.
