- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Prepare the ingredients: Drain the canned tuna and chop the celery, red onion, and parsley.
Mix the salad: In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, and lemon juice.
