Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients: Drain the canned tuna and chop the celery, red onion, and parsley.
  • Mix the salad: In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, and lemon juice.
  • Season: Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined.
  • Serve: Enjoy immediately or chill for 5 minutes before serving. Serve on bread, crackers, or lettuce wraps.

Notes
