- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or beef drippings
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a muffin tin or pudding tin in the oven to heat.
In a bowl, whisk flour, eggs, milk, and salt until smooth. Rest batter for 10 minutes.
