Bruschetta Topping

  • 2 cups diced Roma tomatoes
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cheese

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Season chicken breasts with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange chicken in the prepared baking dish.
