- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp soy sauce powder (optional, for extra umami)
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder or red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric (optional, for color)
- 1/4 tsp MSG (optional, for authentic umami flavor)
- 2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder (or vegetable bouillon for a vegetarian version)
Use :
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the seasoning mix per serving of ramen, adjusting to taste.
Stir well into the broth and noodles for a deliciously seasoned meal.
