Ramen Seasoning Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp soy sauce powder (optional, for extra umami)
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder or red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric (optional, for color)
  • 1/4 tsp MSG (optional, for authentic umami flavor)
  • 2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder (or vegetable bouillon for a vegetarian version)

Instructions
 

Mix Ingredients :

  • In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Stir until evenly blended.

Store :

  • Transfer the seasoning mix to an airtight container.
  • Store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.

Use :

  • Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the seasoning mix per serving of ramen, adjusting to taste.
  • Stir well into the broth and noodles for a deliciously seasoned meal.

Notes

  • Soy sauce powder and MSG are optional but enhance the flavor. They can be found in most Asian grocery stores or online.
  • Adjust the spice level by increasing or decreasing the chili powder.
