  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Red Coating

  • Dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • Red bell pepper, finely diced

White Coating

  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Finely grated Parmesan cheese

Blue Coating

  • Blue corn tortilla chip crumbs
  • Blue corn chips, crushed

For Serving

  • Assorted crackers
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Celery sticks
  • Carrot sticks
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Toasted baguette slices

Instructions
 

  • Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Mix in cheddar, Monterey Jack, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and parsley.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes until slightly firm.
  • Scoop equal portions using a cookie scoop.
  • Roll into smooth mini balls.
  • Divide into three groups.
  • Coat one group in chopped cranberries and diced red peppers.
  • Roll another group in mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Coat the remaining group in crushed blue corn chips.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve chilled with crackers and fresh vegetables.
