Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 small piece ginger

Instructions
 

  • Wash mint and coriander leaves thoroughly.
  • Chop ginger and green chilies.
  • Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, chilies, ginger, salt, and cumin powder into a blender.
  • Add small amounts of water and blend into a smooth paste.
  • Add lemon juice and mix well.
  • Adjust salt and spice according to preference.
  • Serve fresh.
