- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 small piece ginger
Wash mint and coriander leaves thoroughly.
Chop ginger and green chilies.
Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, chilies, ginger, salt, and cumin powder into a blender.
Add small amounts of water and blend into a smooth paste.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Adjust salt and spice according to preference.
Serve fresh.
