A refreshing fruit salad with a mint-lime dressing inspired by the classic mojito cocktail.

- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup strawberries, halved
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp honey (or sugar)
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp white rum (optional)
Prepare the fruit: Wash and cut all the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
Make the dressing: In a small bowl, mix lime juice, lime zest, honey (or sugar), chopped mint, and white rum (if using).
Combine: Toss the fruit with the mint-lime dressing in a large bowl.
Chill (optional): Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to enhance the flavors.
Serve: Enjoy the salad chilled or at room temperature.
