Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash, trim, and halve Brussels sprouts.
  • Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Spread evenly on a baking sheet, cut side down.
  • Roast 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving, if desired.
