Roasted Tomatoes and Burrata Caprese Salad

Shruthi
Roasted Tomatoes and Burrata Caprese Salad is a delicious upgrade to the traditional Italian Caprese. Sweet cherry or heirloom tomatoes are roasted until caramelized, intensifying their natural flavor. Creamy burrata adds a luxurious richness that balances the acidity of the tomatoes. Fresh basil provides herbal freshness, while balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil tie everything together beautifully. This elegant dish is perfect as an appetizer, side dish, or light lunch. Easy to prepare and visually stunning, it's ideal for entertaining or enjoying seasonal produce at its finest.
