- 2 pounds (900 g) chicken wings, drumettes, or boneless chicken pieces

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- ½ cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 large egg

Prepare the Chicken
