For the Salmon Marinade
- 1 pound sushi-grade fresh salmon, skin removed and cubed
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Bowl Base
- 4 cups cooked sushi rice or jasmine rice

- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup shelled Edamame
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips

Cook the rice according to package instructions and allow it to cool slightly.
Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, sesame seeds, and green onions. Toss with the salmon cubes and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.
Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
Slice the avocado, dice the cucumber, and cook the edamame if needed.
