- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup soft caramel candies, unwrapped
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt, plus extra for topping
