Ingredients
  

For the Pizza

  • 1 prepared pizza dough (12-inch)
  • ½ pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  • Whisk eggs with milk, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Lightly scramble them in a skillet until just set. Remove from heat.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll pizza dough onto a pizza pan or baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  • Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the crust. Top with cooked sausage and sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly across the pizza.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven, garnish with green onions and parsley, slice, and serve warm.
