- 450 g (1 lb) pork sausage (mild or spicy)
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups baking mix (biscuit mix)
- 2–3 tablespoons milk (optional)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (optional)
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine sausage, cheese, baking mix, and seasonings.
Mix thoroughly until well combined; add milk if the mixture feels dry.
Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in size.
Place on the prepared tray, leaving space between each ball.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
