- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and garlic powder (if using). Stir well.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let the sausage balls cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
