Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground pork sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Break it apart with a spoon while cooking.
  • Drain excess grease and return sausage to the skillet.
