Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated croissant dough (or homemade pastry dough)
  • 6–8 sausage links (cooked or raw, depending on preference)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella, optional)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard or sauce (optional)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Unroll croissant dough and separate into triangles.
  • Place a sausage at the wide end of each triangle. Add cheese or mustard if desired.
  • Roll the dough around the sausage, starting from the wide end toward the tip.
  • Brush each croissant with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let cool slightly and serve warm.

  • Use pre-cooked sausages for faster preparation.
  • Raw sausages should be fully cooked before serving.
