Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fresh radishes, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash the radishes thoroughly, trim the ends, and cut them in half.
  • In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  • Place the radishes in the skillet and sauté for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add garlic, salt, and black pepper. Continue cooking for 2–3 minutes until the radishes are tender and lightly browned.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Add a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
  • Serve warm as a side dish alongside your favorite main course.
