Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Midori (melon liqueur)
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz heavy cream or whipped cream
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add Midori, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and heavy cream to the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to combine.
  • Strain the mixture into shot glasses.
  • Top with whipped cream for garnish (optional).
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less pineapple juice.
