- 1 oz Midori (melon liqueur)
 - 1 oz coconut rum
 - 1 oz  pineapple juice
 - 1 oz heavy cream or whipped cream
 - Ice cubes
 - Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
 
 
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Add Midori, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and heavy cream to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to combine.
Strain the mixture into shot glasses.
Top with whipped cream for garnish (optional).
Serve immediately and enjoy!

You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or coconut cream for a dairy-free version.

Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less pineapple juice.
