Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  • Place salmon fillets in the marinade for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
