- 1 package raspberry gelatin (pink)
For Each Gelatin Layer
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
Creamy Layer Mixture
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve unflavored gelatin in boiling water.Stir in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Allow to cool slightly.
- Dissolve grape gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.Stir in ½ cup cold water.Pour into a 9x13-inch glass dish.Refrigerate until partially set, about 30 minutes.
- Carefully pour a thin layer of the condensed milk mixture over the partially set gelatin.Refrigerate until firm.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
- Cut into squares or slices and serve chilled.
