Sheet Pan Nachos Recipe

Crispy tortilla chips topped with cheese, seasoned meat, and fresh toppings, all baked to perfection on a sheet pan.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag (12 oz) tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef or chicken
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and stir well.
  • Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large sheet pan.
  • Sprinkle half of the cheese over the chips.
  • Evenly distribute the cooked meat and black beans over the chips.
  • Add the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly..
  • Remove from oven and top with tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, olives, sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute the meat with more beans or grilled veggies.
