tortilla chips

shredded cheddar cheese

shredded Monterey Jack cheese

ground beef or chicken

packet
taco seasoning
1/2
cup
black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2
cup
diced tomatoes
1/4
cup
sliced jalapeños
1/4
cup
chopped red onion
1/4
cup
sliced black olives
1/2
cup
sour cream
1/2
cup
guacamole
1/4
cup
chopped cilantro
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and stir well.
Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large sheet pan.
Sprinkle half of the cheese over the chips.
Evenly distribute the cooked meat and black beans over the chips.
Add the remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly..
Remove from oven and top with tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, olives, sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute the meat with more beans or grilled veggies.
