- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Salt to taste
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
