Ingredients
  

  • 200g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 200g noodles (rice or wheat)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro and crushed peanuts for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  • Toss in vegetables and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, chili flakes, and water to make the sauce.
  • Add cooked noodles and peanut sauce to the pan.
  • Toss everything well until evenly coated and heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with cilantro and crushed peanuts before serving.
