- 4 chicken thigh quarters
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
Season
the chicken by mixing the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, lemon juice, and soy sauce in a bowl. Rub the mixture evenly onto the chicken.
Cook the chicken:
For baking: Place the thighs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
For grilling: Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked.
